In our attempt to find something that looks like HOME (mountains, camping and outdoor recreation)....this is the best we could do. We found these caves about 30 minutes from Davenport. It is a gorgeous area and definetly something we are going to explore more, despite the humidity. I think we'll wait until we get a car with air conditioning.

Holy cow! That is gorgeous! Maybe we can come to Iowa sometime after all. Man, and I had this loony idea it was just all corn....and more corn.
That reminds me, did I ever sing the Iowa state song to you? It goes like this:
Corn corn corn corn corn corn corn corn, Iowa City! Corn corn corn corn corn corn corn corn...and so forth. You get the point.
