Nauvoo Trips

After Chicago, we made our way to Nauvoo for a couple of days. We saw the Nauvoo Pageant on closing night and they had a lot of fun pioneer games before the show started. Brent and Megan competed in the sack race and from the pictures you can see who won! The next day we headed over to Carthage Jail and then made our way back to Davenport for Kennedys baby blessing. It was nice to have so much family here for it. One day later Kennedy and Mom went back to Nauvoo for Melissa's wedding. It was quite the busy weekend and Kennedy was a good trooper through it all.

Quite the Traveler

In the last 2 months since Kennedy was born she has been quite the traveler. Her first trip was to Chicago. Heather, Mike, Megan, Jenna, Grandma, and Grandpa all came out to visit for a week and a half. Kennedy and Mom drove to Chicago to meet up with everyone to see the play Wicked. It was so much fun!!!! It was quite the challenge getting to the hotel, but once we got there we had our first babysitter waiting - Grandpa Jim.
